What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your note.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question, asking you a little more about your company, or preparing the Reachable Buyer Map you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask us about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same thing, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at Deals Desk who are handling your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking tools. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, and nothing else.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to gemma.tucker@dealsdesk.co, or use the form on our contact page, and we will take care of it. If you would simply like us to stop getting in touch, reply "stop" to any note from us and we will.
